Privacy Policy

Rohan Coaching is a personal coaching service. This page explains what information the app collects, why, and what control you have over it.

What we collect

• Your account details: email address, name, and password (stored securely by our login provider).
• Details you give us: age, gender, goals, training frequency and current skill level.
• Your training data: workout completions, results you log, weekly check-ins, and booked calls.
• Content you upload: chat messages, videos, and progress photos or videos.
• Payment information: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• If you turn on notifications: a device token, and your time zone so times display correctly.
• Technical error reports (which page failed and the error message) so we can fix problems.

How it's used

Only to coach you: your coach reads your messages, watches your videos, tracks your progress and adjusts your plan. Other students cannot see your information. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

You, and your coach. Our hosting and service providers (Supabase for data and file storage, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payments) process data on our behalf to run the app.

Keeping it and deleting it

We keep your information while your account is open. You can edit your details from your Profile at any time, and you can delete your account from your Profile page, which permanently removes your account, messages, videos, photos and progress. Payment records may be kept by Stripe for legal and accounting reasons. You can also email rohanvcalisthenics@gmail.com to ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted.
